Please be reminded to call 911 to report any suspicious activity. We all know that Sin Vacas is not walled in and therefore susceptible to persons walking on to the property from other areas other than the front gate.

If you suspect any suspicious activity, please call 911 first. By reporting it to the gatehouse before phoning 911 may delay any attempts to catch intruders. As always we thank you for your cooperation.

Supervisor Ally Miller has had to cancel and therefore will NOT be attending the Sin Vacas Board of Directors Meeting on Monday, September 15, 2014.

The meeting is held at the Villas at Sin Vacas clubhouse, 7601 N Calle Sin Envidia and starts at 8:30 AM.

The Sin Vacas Architectural Review Committee and Board of Directors would like to invite residents to help on a much needed review update to the current Design Standard Guidelines. If you are interested please contact Helen B Brown with questions or suggested topic points of interest you like to have considered in the update process. Helen can be reached at 520-822-8080.

It has come to our attention that hikers are utilizing the utility easements along the northeasterly perimeter lots (Lots 60 – 65) as hiking paths. Please note that the utility easements along the perimeter of these lots are not designated hiking trails. Anyone caught trespassing on your private property should be reported to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department.

However, please be advised that a dedicated hiking trail easement does exist just east of Lots 60 – 65 on the western perimeter of the Cobblestone development. The 15-foot wide hiking easement trail was duly recorded and dedicated to Pima County many years ago when the subdivision was platted. This is the only area that hikers are allowed to legally traverse on their way to the Coronado National Forrest. Again, if you should observe anyone trespassing on Sin Vacas property, please contact the Pima County Sheriff’s Department.
